Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 5.25"x5.25", the cel is in very good condition with white paint residue over Loopy's arm and ear and blue paint residue around his neck, shoulder, and mouth. The cel has been paired with a color copy reproduction background.
